What is the current best GPU for 1440p gaming? I prefer 120fps but whats the best options if I am targeting both 60fps vs 120fps? Is nvidia still the king?

I am currently running a mail-server, two websites, and a full blown automated plex environment with Overseer, Sonarr, Radarr, and Lidarr. Automatically adding Movies, TV shows, and music to plex. All on a single device. I went for the Synology Diskstation 423+ because it supports hardware transcoding with plex. Make sure to avoid the Diskstation 920+ if you care about hardware transcoding.
